Accessibility at echo360

At Echo360, we strive to eliminate barriers by building inclusive and accessible products to serve the diverse needs of educators and learners.

Our Guiding Principles

Our products are designed and developed to meet the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, as well as Section 508 standards in the United States. We partner with an independent third-party accessibility firm to conduct regular audits of our software, and the results are documented in a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).

Accessibility is Not an Afterthought

We prioritize accessibility through every step of our product development process — from conceptualization and design through development and testing. We see supporting accessibility as an opportunity, rather than a checkbox. We want to ensure we are creating an inclusive learning environment for all users.

Advocate for Inclusion

True accessibility considers the full range of physical, sensory, and cognitive differences that can shape how individuals experience a product. Our goal is to provide an inclusive, accessible experience for every learner and administrator who uses our solutions.

Make Content More Inclusive

We advocate for inclusion by making it easy and affordable to create accessible and compliant content in our platform. We want to help our users accommodate the needs of all learners.
