In this session, you will become familiar with the administration interface and the typical administrative workflows needed to prepare for the upcoming semester. We will cover room management and device setup, course and user provisioning techniques, scheduling, and a review of institutional usage and reporting. We will cover a rollup of new release administrative and instructor-based product features added to the platform over the course of the past year and how to incorporate them to enhance existing implementations. This includes recent enhancements such as our new Universal Capture software, Automated Speech Recognition transcriptioning, performance enhancing playback features, a brand-new instructor and student homepage interface, student video embed tools, and more. At the end of the session we will conduct a Q&A session as well, so come prepared with your questions.
