The goal of our Client Success Team is to provide every client with an exceptional and positive experience with Echo360Point from the very beginning. You will be assigned a designated Client Success Leader (CSL) to assist you throughout every aspect of your journey with Echo360 Technologies.

What can the Client Success Team do for you?

TRAINING

The CSLs can work directly with various departments in your company or on campus to help ensure the successful onboarding of our technology. We also offer customized train-the-trainer sessions.

SUPPORT DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT

Your CSL will work with you to identify and develop the resources you need, including documents, tutorial videos and other customized materials.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Our team includes a technical writing specialist and an instructional designer who can assist with the design and formatting of a website featuring Echo360Point information, FAQs and training resources.

ONLINE WEBINARS

The Client Success Team facilitates a variety of free online public webinars on various topics. CSLs are also available to develop custom one-on-one or departmental webinars to personally train on any topic within the software.

ONSITE VISITS

When necessary, your CSL is able to travel onsite to assist with all of your training needs.
