The emergency shift to remote instruction in the spring resulted in immediate technology needs for faculty teaching traditional face-to-face courses, which continued into a reimagined fall semester. In this session, Melissa Gleckler, educational technologist and PhD candidate at The University of Toledo, will review how UToledo Online met the massive demand for support and training for users new to Echo360, some of whom were even new to the institutional LMS. This session will also feature Echo360 use cases and testimonials from UToledo faculty, followed by participant discussion and Q&A.
