Proven executive with track record of exceeding revenue and profit goals in emerging SaaS-based technology companies. Strong leader skilled at building impactful global sales and customer success teams based on professionalism, accountability, and collaboration.

Chris has headed the Echo360 sales and customer success team since the company’s founding in 2007.  Under his leadership, the company has grown from start-up to leading global provider of video learning and engagement platforms to thousands of public and private organizations around the world.

Prior to Echo360, Chris served as VP, Sales for JacobsRimell, a UK-based provider of IP provisioning solutions to the telecom industry, and VP, Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Cerebrus Solutions, a UK-based leader in wireless fraud management solutions.  Chris has also held sales executive positions at TeleKnowledge, Saville Systems, Comshare, and IBM.

Chris received a bachelor’s degree in history from Dartmouth College.  A native New Englander, he lives outside Boston, MA.
