SCL College is a national provider of education and training, delivering high-impact learning across a range of provision types. With programs offered at over 70 sites across the country, SCL supports more than 3,000 learners aged 16–18 through study programs that use sport, performing arts, and eSports not just to engage learners—but to develop the skills, behaviors, and attitudes they need for life and work.

Beyond its core study programs, SCL delivers a focused adult skills offer aligned to regional workforce demands. These programs use sport, health, and physical activity as a foundation to help adults build confidence, resilience, and career-ready skills. SCL also offers a growing range of apprenticeships and continues to expand into areas like eSports and performing arts.

Through a partnership with Les Mills, learners also gain access to additional opportunities that help them stand out from the crowd and take their first steps into the industry with confidence.
SCL’s approach combines high-quality instruction, hands-on experience, and real-world preparation—empowering learners to become capable, work-ready fitness professionals.
To strengthen this approach, SCL turned to GoReact as their video assessment platform.
